Product Information

The XLRS Rearset Sportster Exhaust is purpose-built for riders running rearset controls who want maximum performance and precision fitment.

Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, the XLRS uses stepped primary pipes flowing into a smooth 2-into-1 collector and expanding to a 2.5” outlet. This layout increases exhaust velocity and sharpens throttle response.

Internally ceramic-coated tubing reduces radiant heat while maintaining consistent performance under load. Riders can choose from multiple tip styles to dial in the final look and tone.

EFI riders can select optional O2 bungs, and the integrated flange kit eliminates fragile OEM snap-ring flanges for a cleaner, more secure install.
