The Deluxe Series 1 (DS1) is a precision-built Sportster exhaust engineered by Mike Le for riders seeking maximum performance and craftsmanship.

Designed with no straight tubing and equal-length exhaust paths, the DS1 optimizes flow dynamics, improves exhaust scavenging, and enhances throttle response while maintaining a sculpted custom aesthetic.

Constructed from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and internally ceramic-coated, the DS1 reduces heat saturation and increases long-term durability under daily riding conditions.

The exhaust includes EFI-ready O2 sensor bungs and an integrated flange system that replaces OEM snap-ring flanges. Each DS1 is handcrafted to order.
