Product Information

The Coil Sportster Exhaust is a performance-driven hybrid design inspired by the flowing style of the 540° Laterals and the symmetry of the Vertical Twins.

Though visually similar to a 2-1–2 layout, this system functions as a true free-flowing 2-2 exhaust tuned for strong midrange power, fast throttle response, and a crisp stainless tone.

Handcrafted from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded in-house, the Coil features stepped tubing that transitions from 1.75” at the flange to a full 2”, increasing exhaust velocity and improving overall power delivery.

Internal ceramic coating controls heat and eliminates the need for wrap, while optional O2 bungs ensure EFI bikes maintain proper air-fuel ratios. Designed to support mid, rear-set, and forward controls, it fits any Sportster riding setup.
