The Slant exhaust system is Kinetic’s first Milwaukee-8 Softail platform design, built from 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded directly on a Softail chassis for exact alignment.
Unlike systems built on generic jigs, the Slant is fabricated on-bike, ensuring precise fitment to OEM manifolds, mounting points, and chassis geometry.
A hidden CNC-machined brace supports the structure while keeping the underside visually clean.
Integrated O2 sensor bungs allow full EFI compatibility across all Milwaukee-8 Softail models, and the system can be configured with an integrated flange kit for simplified installation.
Slip-fit interchangeable tips and welded internal baffles allow tuning of both sound and appearance without cutting or welding.
Each Slant exhaust is handmade in Houston, Texas, with a typical production lead time of 4–6 weeks depending on demand.
